A cold press that looks innocent but delivers serious anti-inflammatory and gut health benefits behind the scenes. Raspberry, orange, apple, and kale walk into a juicer — and somehow, everyone wins. This one is inspired by a juice I tried at Erewhon and I was instantly obsessed.

10 minPeel the banana and orange before juicing or blending
If using a cold press juicer: feed all ingredients through one at a time, alternating softer ingredients (kale, banana) with harder ones (apple, orange) for the best yield.
If using a blender: add ½ cup of water, then add all ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Blender only: strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, pressing down firmly to extract all the juice. Discard the pulp.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight glass jar filled to the top to minimize air exposure. Shake well before drinking.
