I spent years struggling with chronic bloating, irregular digestion, and low energy — despite eating what I thought was a healthy diet. The conventional advice I got was vague, conflicting, and never felt personal.
Studying nutrition changed everything. I discovered that the gut is the foundation of nearly every health outcome — and that whole-food Mediterranean eating, done right, is one of the most powerful tools we have to heal it.
I created Rou to share what actually works — structured programs that give you the daily guidance, recipes, and accountability I wish I had. No fads, no restriction, no overwhelm.
