I will admit, this treat is pretty indulgent and not for every day. But it is the holidays and we all deserve a special treat this year! Make this one ahead of time and plate to share after dinner. The kids will love this one. Promise!

Place 2 pots of water over high heat, bringing both to the boil.
Place a wide bowl over each pot and add the white chocolate and dark chocolate to each bowl, melt chocolate, stirring occasionally.
Let the chocolate cool for a few minutes and prepare all other ingredients by chopping them roughly.
Pour half of the white chocolate into the lined tray and then scatter over 3/4 of nuts, seed and cranberries.
Pour the dark chocolate over and then scatter another 1/4 of the toppings, reserving the candy canes and coconut chips for the topping.
Pour in the remaining half of the white chocolate and place over the final toppings as well as the candy canes.
Place in the fridge to harden for 1 hours or overnight before cutting up into chunks to share.
