Browse ProgramsPreheat the oven to 375F (180 celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Grate the tofu with a cheese grater and transfer to the a bowl.
In a small bowl combine 1 tsp gochujang paste (or substitute with chilli), 2 tbsp coconut aminos, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp rice vinegar. Whisk until combined.
Pour the marinade over the grated tofu and mix well.
Roast the tofu in the oven and stir frequently until crispy. Make sure to keep an close eye on it so the tofu does not burn or dry out too much.
Assemble the wraps with the remaining ingredients, spicy pulled tofu and wrap it up tightly.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
