Mashed potatoes are our all-time favorite potato side dish. For the holiday season, we added a festive twist. Truffles make this comforting side dish so much more special. Pair with our mushroom gravy, main holiday roast dishes, and it’s a party.

Browse ProgramsWash, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Fill a large pan with water and put over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and cook with the lid closed until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Rinse the potatoes once they are done and transfer them back into the pan. Mash the potatoes while leaving the stove on low heat.
Once the potatoes are mashed, add all other ingredients and whisk until combined.
Serve in a bowl to share and top with truffle oil.
