Browse ProgramsWash and rinse the chickpeas and mash with a fork. Make sure to still keep some texture when you mash the chickpeas.
In a small bowl mix peanut butter, water, spices, miso paste, garlic, ginger and lemon. Stir until combined, add more water if needed.
In a big bowl add mashed chickpeas, cabbage and dressing. Mix well until the dressing is incorporated evenly.
Toast your bread and create the sandwich by layering sliced tomatoes, chickpea filling and arugula salad.
