I totally flipped when I made this recipe for the first time. First, you would never know that this one is made with tofu. It is so creamy and delicious. Insane! Second, it is probably the easiest dessert ever and will take all the stress away, when cooking for the whole family. Easy, delicious, and wholesome. Just the way we like it!

Melt the dark chocolate.
Add all ingredients for the pudding, including the melted chocolate, to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Distribute the pudding to 4 glasses and top with cacao, whipped cream, and berries.
The pudding can be enjoyed right away or chilled for one hour in the fridge to get a more firm and creamy texture.
