Browse ProgramsPrepare by cooking the cashews for 5 minutes or soaking in hot water for 10 minutes. Cook the pasta of your choice.
Add all ingredients for the cheese sauce to a high-speed blender and add the cashews once they are ready. Blend until smooth.
Add the sauce and frozen peas to the cooked pasta and mix well. Add a little plant milk to prevent the sauce from thickening too much until the peas are ready.
