Browse ProgramsIn a medium bowl, crumble the tofu using your hands or a fork.
Add all spices and plant milk. Stir well.
Put a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil and onions. Sauté the onions until softened.
Add the tofu scramble and cook under constant stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Toast your bread and assemble the sandwich. Add a few spoons full of tofu scramble on a piece of toasted bread and top with fresh cilantro and arugula.
Add another piece of toasted bread on top of the tofu scramble. Now layer slices of tomato, cucumber, red onion, and mustard. Close off with your third piece of bread.
