Browse ProgramsPreheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk until evenly mixed
In a separate bowl, add all wet ingredients and whisk until smooth
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
In another bowl, combine the chopped apples, pecans, cinnamon, and maple syrup for the topping. Mix well until evenly coated
Spread the apple-pecan mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down gently.
Pour the batter on top of the topping and smooth the surface evenly.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let the cake cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, carefully flip the cake upside down onto a plate and remove the parchment paper.
