Browse ProgramsPreheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 Fahrenheit). Line a baking dish with parchment paper. To make the flax egg combine the flaxseeds with 5 tbsp. of water in a bowl and mix well.
Combine all dry ingredients, except the flaxseeds in a bowl and set aside.
Now transfer all wet ingredients into your blender and blend until everything is smooth.
Transfer the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients, add the flax egg and stir everything, until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the baking dish, lined with parchment paper. Distribute evenly and layer the top with apple slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for around 25 minutes or until you until a skewer comes out clean.
