Browse ProgramsPrepare by soaking the cashews and sunflower seeds in hot water for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the chia pudding and stir until well combined. Cover the bowl or fill the chia pudding in an airtight container. Let the chia pudding rest for at least 2 hours in the fridge or over night.
Blend the soaked cashews and sunflower seeds with all remaining mascarpone ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Once the chia pudding is soaked properly, give it a good stir to get an even consistency. Layer the chia pudding with the mascarpone cream in a small glass. One layer of chia pudding, followed by one layer of mascarpone cream until the glass is filled. Add raw cacao powder on top.
