Browse ProgramsPreheat the oven to 180 degree celsius (356 Fahrenheit). Line an 8-inch x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a big bowl, combine all ingredients for the crust. Mix with your hands and make sure that the dough sticks together. Add gradually more water, if the dough is too dry.
Transfer 3/4 of the dough into the baking pan and press the dough with your hands to get a compact crust.
Put a small pan over medium-high heat and add all ingredients for the blueberry chia jam. Let simmer for 5 minutes and stirr occasionally. Fill the jam into a jar and add the chia seeds. Stirr in the chia seeds until they are well combined.
Distribute the chia jam on top of the crust. Use the leftover dough to crumble it on top of the chia jam layer.
Bake for 35 minutes until the crumbles are golden brown. Let cool completely before removing from the pan and cutting into squares.
