Browse ProgramsIn a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork and add the oats and plant milk. Stir until combined and set aside.
Put a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add the diced pineapples. Fry under constant string until the pieces are golden brown.
In a jar, add one layer of overnight oats followed by one layer of pineapples and blueberries. Repeat until the jar is full. Top with peanut butter. Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
Add a dash of plant milk right before serving.
