Browse ProgramsRoast hazelnuts in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and roast for 10 minutes.
Transfer hazelnuts to the blender or food processor and blend well until you have a paste.
Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the oil hardens and you can form the truffles easily.
Form little balls and coat them with cacao powder. Keep them in the fridge, so they stay in shape
