Start the ProgramFill your sink or a large bowl with cold water and add 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Soak all ingredients for 10 minutes to remove pesticides, then rinse well.
Peel the kiwi and cut the pineapple into chunks before juicing or blending.
If using a cold press juicer: feed all ingredients through one at a time, alternating softer ingredients (spinach, cucumber) with harder ones (apple, broccoli) for the best yield.
