Plums are my favorite fruit in the winter season. By using chia to achieve a jelly-like consistency, you also have the benefit of sneaking more omega-3 into your daily meals. I love to use chia jam for peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, but also as a topping for my oatmeal.

Browse ProgramsPut a sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add the pitted and diced plums, water and maple syrup. Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Transfer the soft plums into a food processor (or high-speed blender). Blend until smooth and transfer into a glass jar.
Add chia seeds and stir until combined.
